I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Shandlelight ******, while on my call. She explained everything to me in detail and kept the conversation light. She didn't make me feel as if I was a terrible person for having the debt that I have, but doing the right thing by taking care of it.

I found the application process so easy and WOWso incredibly helpful. I now feel an incredible sense of relief to know that my huge mistakes can somehow be rectified.
