I received 4 bids and eventually decided on Lifetime Remodeling Systems because of the Angies List reveiws and their match to the scope of my project. My home is on a sloped lot so the front is 2 stories but the rear is 3 1/2 stories with multiple deck levels and obstacles. Stucco professional completed the job as described, however there had to be several retouches due to the inclement weather. The stucco guys was very professional and diligent and did a fantastic job. When blemishes or streaks appeared due to the bad weather, he came back with no complaints and addressed the areas of concern. Lifetime remodeling systems completed three parts of work for us as we wanted to replace the siding for the whole of our house. Ralph was very patient with us and provided key advice around colour pallettes that would make the house look bigger which is key and still have a nice look. I have nothing but praise for Ralph and his crew. My home is only 12 yrs old, but the original vinyl siding was done poorly. I have experienced multiple window leaks, and defects in the actual vinyl. At first I tried to find a contractor who would fix the leaks, but the more research I did, the more I leaned toward replacing all of the siding. The home was built in 2002 and I purchased the home in 2005. I currently have tenants. My tenant is a former contractor, but he had never worked with vinyl siding. I called and spoke with Ralph. He was nice and commited to the next morning to take a look at the job and provide an estimate. He met my tenant the next morning, reviewed the repair needed and called me. I'm sorry the member feels that we didn't do everything in our power to help solve her problem. When she called me she told me about the vinyl siding that had been fixed twice previously by her contractor tenant that failed within weeks of him repairing it. I drove 80 miles round trip to inspect her problem and give her an estimate. Visually it appeared that the bottom panel was not locked into the top panel which caused it to come off every time there was a strong wind. Gino and the crew were professionals all the way through. Due to a cancellation, we were fortunate to get them on-site just days after signing and providing our deposit. Gino walked us through what to expect and answered all of our questions and requests. The demolition, insulation, and new siding, including the trim and other new additions (the roof over the side door and front porch railing) were completed in just over a week. The quality of the estimate was good. They spoke to us in detail and explained us about the impact of the decision that we made. The crew that came and did the work was phenomenal. Their work was more than we expected. Their price was a bit high but the quality was excellent.
Excellent. Great crew, very fast and neat and professional -- they did a good job. Owner was very responsive and I felt like they have a superior product.
