Very good steak, well cooked, and full of flavor. Jamie is an awesome server and I'd even be willing to bet that she's on par or better with the last yelpers review of Lauren. On a serious note, order the Steak and street corn, you won't be disappointed!

Pretty cool transformation of what used to be the old Chill Winston. I had high expectations of this place but ended up being disappointed because the server was expressionless and rude to us during our visit. We noticed that there was no cutlery on the table so we asked for some forks and extra napkins. She looked at us vacantly, walked away without a word, came back with a handful of forks and knives (no napkins), shoved everything into my hand and walked away again without saying a single thing to me. ....Okay then? Great place to socialize, my friends and I are always drinking responsibly at Local and we always know our limits. The bar tenders, servers, cooks, and bar backs are amazing, polite and kind individuals. Make sure to check out this new bar and enjoy the FANTASTIC quesadillas.

Kyra, the night manager at the local is an absolute beauty! We wanted something informal, fun, and high vibes for my girlfriends birthday on Saturday January 20th. We understood that it would be busy and that they didn't take reservations. We figured if we showed up early enough we would be able to get a table. I've been to gas town local a few things now , every time I go I get exceptional service . It's great to have pints of beer , witch local kits doesn't have . Usually I sit at bar , never have to wait long for drink when aiden bartends . Such a fun personality too . Konrad bar manager , always treats me well . Makes everyone feel important. Doesn't take customers for granted .
Idk if it's because we're drunk but the chips and guacamole are so delicious! It's also fun here so stop by!

I think the experience here would have been different if it was just to drink. Online it states that it's a nice atmosphere which it is. It also states it has food and tower mimosas. Beautiful and large outdoor seating but we sat inside. I took my partner and his parents here on Saturday afternoon, April 4th and the service was awful. And I want to recognize this might be due to it's majnly tavern. Its known for serving drinks and having a large patio to stop, sit, and have a cold one. they should add no tip option. 18% minimum in canada is insane. also they did not address addon option pricing clearly.
