Stumbled upon Local while walking through Gastown. Its huge patio was so enticing on a beautiful summer day. We ordered some brews and yam fries. The yam fries came with a mayo (?)/ truffle oil dip that was SO delicious! Our server was so friendly and made us feel right at home. If I wasn't from out of town, I'd definitely come here at least once a week. If you're strolling around Gastown, stop by for a beer and enjoy the view outside!

The chicken burger was to DIE for and the mimosas... A++++++ But the best part of all was the literal LOVE of my life, Morgan, waitress extraordinaire, waitress of MY month, every month. She is a master of the menu, a connoisseur of the kitchen. Local Eatery, 10/10 would go again

After reservation confusion, we showed up and got a table on the patio. Great meal, great service and a nice selection of local craft beers. Recommend the house made veggie burger. Relaxed informal atmosphere in the heart of Gastown. Will go again as the menu is interesting, other things to try.

Great service, quick and friendly. They were able to get us a great table even though they were busy and we didn't have a reservation. Our server Jennifer was fantastic! Nachos could use more chips and less beans though.
We went to this restaurant today in Gastown. It was a great decision on a beautiful day. We sat in the side patio. Our server was very helpful as we were not familiar with the beer list and gave us a lot of samplers. We shared a bunch of appetizers and one person got a veggie burger. It was a home made patty and honestly could be one of the best veggie patties I've ever had. Their Yam fries along with the truffle sauce was also delicious. A great place to hangout and relax on a beautiful day!

On a busy weekday afternoon with great weather, the place was busy but quick, and everyone was out and about. Hosts were nice and helpful, the guacamole app was good, the tuna poke main on top of greens was nice, as well. While the flavors aren't going to blow you away with complexity, the food we had was all solid, and the ambiance was great. Would be back for a generally tasty meal and hangout.

Monday June 4 - great dinner ! What a fun place! Enjoyed the patio and the people watching. Our hostess was great and found us the perfect table . Our waitress (Morgan) went the extra mile ! Made sure we had everything we needed. Nice to see friendly staff. We'll be back
