We owe a couple rounds of whisky to the Founding Father of Gastown, Captain Jack Deighton. Also known as "Gassy Jack," he was a pilot turned saloonkeeper who loved to gas, & no, that doesn't mean what you might think it means. In Victorian times, the term meant to talk a lot & the Captain loved to do just that. What a great new place in one of the best locations in Vancouver. Food and drink menu is amazing. The chef was excellent in providing a true vegan meal for one of my guests. I can’t wait for the patio to open!
Servers were great, and the food was pretty good! But there are not very many vegetarian or vegan options. :-((
