Ambience and food presentation was good. Food was barely average. Crab Arancini had no crab flavor. Lemon Spaghetti was really good, except the shrimp was tough and rubbery, and we paid and extra $40 for 4 extra shrimp. The food wasn’t at all as good as the price point, nor did it meet the expectations of a high end restaurant. The service was terrible; and apparently there was a reservation that needed our table so we were told we should take our conversation to the bar as soon as they picked up our desserts which we had not yet finished. It was humiliating and after spending near $700 I wasn’t impressed. Very poor service.

I’ll separate service and food reviews. Food was ok. The Cesar salad was very good. The focaccia was also good. We had the chicken piccata and the lemon spaghetti. Both were ok. I’ve had way better piccata. The spaghetti noodles were good, but the lemon sauce was not as good as I was hoping. For the prices, the food was only average. The service was disappointing. We had a reservation and still waited about 40 minutes for a table. We finally just said we’ll eat outside! Our waitress was awesome but food was just okay! Husband loved branzino but my pasta was just mediocre!

This was our first time here and we were super excited to eat at chef Giada’s restaurant.  The ambience was very nice and the service was excellent, but the items are way overpriced for what we ordered.. $21 drink? $32 pizza?  Also my fiancé got extremely sick from the crab pasta dish...bad batch perhaps. Way too much lemon in everything!…even the cheesecake. The graham cracker crust tasted stale and lemony.

Good staff and kind and responsive manager. Unfortunately food was exceedingly average. Entire meal was returned because it was at best lukewarm. Spaghetti Lemon was good not great and Bugatti was bitter. Extra Sausage was a tiny bowl of crumbled sausage with NO FLAVOR. Food is meh. So was pizza. Based off tik tok vids I was expecting authentic Italian. Was not. Waitress recommendations were all of the most expensive items on menu. For 2 people she said we should get the deli tray, the seafood tower, the tomahawk and save room for desert. I asked if I could get noodles with my chicken piccata and she told me I could absolutely order a pasta entree in addition and both would come out together. The restaurant itself is nice. Very Vegas feel. If you like wine you will love it.

Been here about three times, trying to give it a chance, but the food is still meh. With Giada’s name tied to it, expectations are high, but they fall short. Ambience is great! Service and definitely the food & beverage needs to up their game. Very underwhelming considering the hype Giada’s name has, but she needs to revamp menu and add more flavorful, tasty dishes.

Our reservation was 9PM but they did not provide us the table even on 9:15 PM and I had to talk to the hotel front manager to get the table. Finally we got it on 9:40PM. It was embarrassing. The signature lemon pasta was too sour. I don’t know how many people appreciate such a sourness. The list of Italian wine list is very limited and no good selection. Overall experience wasn’t good at all.
