The atmosphere in the restaurant was so loud it was impossible to enjoy dinner especially with the food being average at best.

Not their fault but the traffic back up into & out of the parking lot/valet area was ridiculous. Saw waitress twice: to take order & deliver the bill. I had no opportunity to order a second drink bc everyone else was just refilling water glasses or dropping off food. We had pizza & salad as appetizers to share. I asked to have the 1/2 pizza we didn’t eat boxed BEFORE mains arrived- seated at a 2 top- they put the box down in the center of the table & we had to negotiate the rest of our meal around a box that took up ~1/2 of ... read more

Server was rushing us. we ordered app and salad but certainly didn’t want them together. She was pushing for main meal. Thank goodness we held off so we could enjoy at a relaxed pace. Other than that, it was a good as our experience has always been at Giada’s in Vegas.

We had dinner at this restaurant on Mother's Day, which may have accounted for all the noise. The service was fine, the meals were delicious. The menu was not as extensive as we would have liked. They also, in very small print, charge you a percentage of the meal for "venue fee". I'm not accustomed to paying a percentage of my meal for a "venue fee" in any restaurant; there was nothing special about the look of this restaurant. Service was poor and food selection has gone down. Very few options for vegetarians, everything was room temperature and we were checked on maybe 3 times. We’ve been a few times and this was by far the worst service and selection they’ve had. For $800 we expect better quality and friendlier staff.

I was expecting a fine dining experience considering Chef Giada's reputation. The menu was good, the dishes were designed well, so I give Chef Giada credit for that. But the execution was poor. The spaghetti was stuck together, the shrimp was overcooked and the king crab leg was not flavorful. Never had worse king crab leg, it lacked its usual sweet crag flavor. We went here for our 40th anniversary. The ambiance, service, and food were excellent! We were troubled that we were charged $1 per blue cheese stuffed olives for our martini plus $6 more for a premium brand! Also our server kept recommending wines that were $500 plus per bottle - and on top of that we had the 3.5 percent admin fee to boot. Small items for sure but they reflect us to not ever to return to this venue - sorry Giada!

Meatballs were cold and bacon wrapped dates undercooked. Ceasar salad was horrible and lemon pizza had too much lemon and dough was tough. I usually don't write bad reviews but this experience was bad all around. Our server was nice but very nervous.

I was really excited to take our friends and my family. We sat outside and that may have been the mistake. Service was horrible food was okay and drinks from the bar took forever to come to the table. Won’t be back anytime soon
