While the food was very good, please be careful to watch your bill. First of all, we asked to split a salad. They charged us for two salads. Then they had a special to add a half of a king crab to the meal. We agreed and shame on us for not asking the price but shame on them for not mentioning the price. It was $140!! We discussed with management and they adjusted the bill but in our opinion not adequately and we didn’t want to cause a scene so just let it go. Enjoy the food but beware.
Disappointed, My entree came out cold. By the time I received mine, everyone else has finished eating so I sent it back.
Service was terribly slow. Took over an hour to receive our meal. Wrong dishes were initially brought to us. Rather than asking if extra food should be boxed, it was disposed. Food was fair. They were very apologetic about the experience.
This was my third time to Luna. Each time we have had a problem. Service by the servers was wonderful the first and third time. But that there has been a problem with food or drinks every time. I will not be going back. But it's a beautiful restaurant and wonderful food. And most servers are excellent. But when mistakes are made by kitchen and bartenders managers should know how to take care of guests even if guests are nice and not making a fuss over the mistakes. This is a very unfortunate review for one of our favs. Luna has been our neighborhood Italian go to for date night. It typically delivers some n every touch points; ambience, service, cuisine all top notch. While they checked most of those boxes this Sunday, service was significantly subpar. We are reoccurring and local customers. Our dinner and waiter in the dining room was great.
Very good but over priced for pasta. Food was on the salty side

You walk in to the beautiful restaurant expecting an amazing meal but we were completely let down. First, drinks were expensive and watered down. Second we were given the wrong salad. Kids food also came out with salads and appetizers. Food took another 45 minutes, where pasta came out COLD. We didn’t get checked in by our waitress at all during that time.
