Superb service and attention -however the food was lackluster, tasteless and even poorly cooked (shrimp). The ambience is lacking- and is more of a “cafeteria style” where we were seated. It was very clean and wait staff (Shereese) was amazingly attentive and knowledgeable and the manager even fixed the uncooked shrimp -right away by removing from tab. I wanted to like this place because I love Giada. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. The focaccia appetizer was great. The wine list impressive, but the 17.00 cost for one rose’ was high. We both ordered the lemon spaghetti. The flavor was good, however, the sauce was super runny and the spaghetti itself was not al dente it was tough and not appetizing. Food reminds me of Olive Garden in quality and taste. Prices are appropriate for fine dining. Half the clientele had loud children spread through out the restaurant Too many great options in Scottsdale. Either price need to drastically change or needs a food quality overhaul

The food was definitely above average, not top notch to justify top tier prices of other high end restaurants in AZ. Was also hoping for a more vibrant atmosphere, had a sleepy vibe.

Wouldn’t waste your time. The food was terrible, the only thing saving this place is the ambience and terrific server (that they will be losing) the management is lacking and extremely expensive. There are so many better places in Scottsdale to go

Very very loud, chairs and tables to close together The table next to us was so close that it felt like they were part of our party. Chairs not comfortable and hard to move. Service was ok, the lemon pasta wasn’t as good as hoped. Pasta and sauce to heavy. Pizza was good, pasta ala vodka wasn’t that great . Expensive as expected, but didn’t really enjoy the overall experience to go back.

Food and service are top notch at Luna. Likewise the expertly prepared cocktails. Ambiance is quite nice as well. All of the above has been well thought out and is well executed. But there is a problem that has nothing to do with the actual dining experience. We were seated 25 mins late. Outdoor request wasn’t honored, stating it was unavailable with no prior request. Multiple mistakes at end of night regarding the bill. Very loud, hard to hear others at table. The food was the major draw and didn’t disappoint.
1of 2 shrimps were not cooked properly. Place is absolutely gorgeous but sense of feeling comfortable was lacking. Food was missing flavor, it was missing key notes that would bring the wow factor. Extremely over priced for the lack of flavor. It was unfortunately disappointing.
