I have patiently waited pre-Covid for this restaurant open. I’m a huge Giada fan. However, my reservations were last Saturday night, and I was heavily disappointed. They were plenty of open tables to be sat out and they sat us to the farthest in the back near the restrooms. We had to wait 30 minutes for menus and we had to ask for them. Our service was horrendous. We were forgotten about so many times. This is a very very expensive date night, and we were sadly disappointed.

I was very excited to try Luna for my birthday. The food was ok a bit over the top with lemon on everything but the noice was horrible. My expectations of the food and atmosphere was much higher. The waitress was pretty absent once she took our order. The buser was great keeping our water full but I never got offered a second drink by the waitress. We unfortunately will not go back.

Nice ambience but food was disappointing and came out cold. Staff was pleasant but very little attention to detail. Would not recommend for the price.

We have been to the restaurant in Las Vegas and was an unbelievable wonderful experience. When we saw that the restaurant was opening here in Scottsdale, we were so excited we could not get in till 8:30 PM and when we did get there, there were many tables open. It took over 30 minutes to get a drink. We felt like the service was very disorganized And slow. The food was wonderful. Not sure if we will go back.

I normally don’t write reviews and I understand that just opened But the food was horrible The lemon pasta that according to server was the best dish on the menu was awful. Over cooked and the sauce not even close to what a lemon pasta should taste. Restaurant was empty so no reason for over cook a pasta and have sauce off Arancini was blend They also seat us 3 on a 7 top table

Very disappointed in this new place in Caesar’s Republic Scottsdale. Items were unavailable because of out of stock ingredients. Pasta was overcooked and we had to return it. I don’t believe there was any crab in Arancini and it lacked spice as described in menu. Food came out very slow from kitchen. Good food at high price in an extremely loud environment. Since there are other Italian restaurants that are just as tasty at less pricing and better comfort, we won’t be back. The hotel lobby was beautiful.

I’ll give grace because the food and drinks were amazing. The room is too large and the service was rocky but friendly. They will work out the kinks and appreciate the restaurant but green and growing.
