The restaurant although nicely decorated had an atmosphere was loud and cafeteria like. At some moments the noise level was so high my wife and I couldn't carry on a normal conversation. It sounded like everyone was trying to speak over the music. Our waiter Paul did come by shortly after we were seated and got our drink, appetizer & entrée order. Do not waste your time or your money at Luna. We went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was anything but celebratory. The hostess on the way in said Happy Birthday. The waiter was unaware, apparently. We sat by the door coming out from the kitchen. We witnessed the line of waiters who await the dishes to be delivered to the tables. They were yawning! Waitress was fantastic but food was overpriced and it felt like we were in a hotel lobby (which we were basically)

We could see our cocktails sitting at the bar waiting to be delivered for at least 10 minutes No purse hooks My purse was on the floor but they provided a napkin not classy at all Music did not add to ambiance We love Taylor Swift but not at Luna Our server was gone for long periods of time Beautiful Restaurant definitely Needs refining

The service was very slow and our food must have sat in the kitchen. Pasta was getting cold and mushy and the pizza crust was soggy like it had been sitting too.

Beautiful hotel and Luna restaurant! Drinks way overpriced! Most Wine by the glass $20+ - food good, but small portions. They advertised for the restaurant $30 and under.. In checking menu that meant pizza only.

I hope it is just time until they get the food worked out. Many of our dishes were inedible which was a huge disappointment considering I have been to one of Giada’s other restaurants and had a lovely meal. The restaurant is pretty but it is unbearably loud, we could barely talk to the people at our own table. Overall a big disappointment.
