Evening did not start off well with a miss charge at the bar for our pre-dinner cocktail. Instead of a credit, bartender, just overfilled my husband’s drink to make up for it. It was a beautiful evening so sitting on the patio was a good choice, but it is barren. Concrete floors, no centerpieces, No plants around the perimeter, no lighting, just tables and chairs. Our server was attentive and the vibe was okay in the patio. We wished we had eaten inside. We thought there was a view but it was actually from the 7th floor lounge/restaurant not affiliated to Luna. Had we known about that, we probably would have dined there instead of Luna. It was very expensive and I don’t feel like the food was worth it. A small plate of pasta for $38 that only has two shrimp in the plate?!

Weve come here twice now……Not impressed at all with the food! Service was OUTSTANDING! Maybe Giada needs to spend more time with her restaurant improving the food! Wont be back…….

We were seated a little bit late for our reservation unnecessarily. There were tables available and it should not have happened. Setting that aside, the food was very, very good. Extremely nice quality and reasonable prices. However, the service was very disjointed and the waiters are always rushing by scampering around fast. The problem is the waiter does not stay long enough for you to even ask for what you want. It is so disappointing to write this review. I've been waiting to go to Luna for my parents to come into town from Michigan. First, we waited 20 minutes for our server to come to our table and when I asked for any recommendations he said "can I get you a drink first" rudely and I just said any drink suggestions. He noted he had another table he was needing to go to and left. Another 10 minutes go by and we have a new waitress, Suzanne. Very lovely. We ordered focaccia and oysters, which were good. The food was absolutely delicious! But $22 for a glass of wine is just offensively over the top even for a swell joint like this.

Service was extremely slow. Took almost half an hour being at the table to get drinks. Food was good, but wasn’t anything that can’t be found at most Italian restaurants for half the price. We ordered drinks and appetizers together, and then food when drinks arrived, and it still took over an hour and a half. Unfortunately was a similar experience that we had going to Giada’s in Vegas a few years ago. Extremely slow service and ok food that wasn’t worth the price.

We were very excited to check out this new restaurant! I booked my reservation a month in advance, but we were disappointed we didn't get restaurant seating, but rather in the bar area (note - when booking, ask for the restaurant area seating). The earliest we could get in was 9:15pm. But apparently they close at 10pm on a weeknight. Unfortunately, they did not allow us time to order dessert drinks and coffee as they shut everything down at exactly 10pm.
