Horrible service last night. I made a reservation for 3 people back in February for dinner last night. We arrive exactly on time at 6:30. The 5 hostesses behind the counter told us they are clearing some tables and would be seated soon. I was fine with that. We ended up not being seated until 45 minutes later!! We couldn’t believe it. Great service! Very nice looking restaurant. The food was good and quantity was good. The prices are very high and the food is not worth what is being charged. The restaurant does not serve bolognese sauce. I’ve never been to any Italian restaurant that does not have this on the menu and it is something that should be added in my opinion. The restaurant adds an administrative fee to the bill which is totally absurd. To add a fee to an already overpriced menu is simply terrible.

The service was outstanding - our sever was great- but the food was subpar. Mastro’s prices for Sauce food. Skip it!

Watch out for the “venue fee” they add on at 3.5%. Just more nonsense to increase the cost despite already having an overpriced menu.

Food was ok, service was ok, vibes was much more “hotel bar” than expected which was potentially my fault but much more casual than pictures led on. Overpriced for what it is.

The restaurant is loud and the tables are very close together, at least in the front by the kitchen perhaps a little more intimate towards the back the food was just OK I think they’re trying to work the kinks out still

Patio feels like an afterthought… boring and empty and right on the street. Giada can do better than this! Service was a mess getting order wrong, missing a full course of salads, although they eventually corrected it after sitting for 20 minutes..the server then cold shouldered us. No one asked how our food was … it was not great at all…and we had to pour our own wine. They were great at keeping water glass filled!? That’s about it. Our bill was over $500…. Huge waste of $ and big disappointment! Giada Vegas is 10x better!
