Delivery was on time but my mattress was in the truck on top of some old soiled mattress that they had from a previous delivery. I declined set up because of the delivery helper. It seemed that he wanted a tip for carrying it upstairs. It was like I had to say okay no thanks on the setup goodbye. I don’t appreciate my thousand dollar mattress laying on someone’s old mattress. The mattress was just delivered. The delivery men were great. The removed the plastic. They left. I see the mattress is filthy dirty on one end. I’m so very upset!!!!
We've had this mattress for three weeks and it is like sleeping on a brick. In hindsight, I wish I would've chose the plush or medium option. For 1000 bucks I expected this mattress to be way more comfortable.
Bought the plush version, it's only been about two weeks since we got the mattress. I can honestly say I accidently ordered the firm originally which is like sleeping on a hard floor, Costco was great about the exchange for the plush version, Costco Logistics team was outstanding in setting up delivery & pick up all at the same time!! Delivery service was the problem. I set up delivery for 1pm and no one showed. I called to find out where my mattress was and was told they called and no one answered. I was told the messaged must have gone to spam. Check that and there it was, a message, they left because no one was home. I sat at home all day waiting. Then the person I was talking to said they even took a picture of the front door to prove they were there, OK, send me that picture, Sorry but we can not do that. Very disappointed this is my first major purchase from Costco. This mattress is advertised as 14" Firm. What I received is a 12" mattress that is not well constructed. The mattress I received appears to be one available in my Costco warehouse for over $150 less.

Had the mattress for two weeks, both sides have developed hammocks. I will return it!
