This mattress started out being fairly comfortable but soon was sagging on the side I sleep on and I’m only 125 lbs and it started within 3 months. I will move it around to sleep on the other side but I don’t have high hopes and will most likely be returning it. Unfortunately there’s not much choice for me with an exchange since I need only full size firm with setup. Love Costco s customer service but this is my second time buying a mattress from them and the same issue is happening.

Great for the first week. Then it compresses and gets a severe body groove. Starts to feel like sleeping on card board.

Mattress is great. Delivery was a disaster. They refused to take our old mattress away. They even refused to take it off the bed for us. My wife and I had to take it out of the house and drag it to the curb (where it is now still sitting) by ourself. Customer service said that if the crew doesn't like the look of the old mattress they don't have to touch it. She said it is in the Term and Conditions. This is a bad mattress. After less than two months it developed a divot where I sleep. I have purchased $300 mattresses that held up for at least a year. This is very poorly made. I cannot believe Costco would carry this poor of a quality product.

I’m a side and back sleeper, I was looking for a medium mattress. Reviews suggested that this medium plush mattress was on the firm side. I found that was not the case. This was definitely a plush mattress that offered no support for my lower back and hips. My husband woke up every day with his shoulder hurting as well. I also found it to be too bouncy, waking me up every time my husband would move. We returned it after 3weeks.

Extremely poor quality
slept on it 1 night and seems as firm as the 1 we replaced. No warranty papers or product papers were left with the delivery.
