For the cost of this mattress, I expected much more. I ordered the firm one as I just had a back operation and needed the extra support. Well the mattress is more soft than firm and I sink into it. Not at all “firm “ like my previous mattress as now they put a layer of foam on top of everything. The sides of the mattress provide no support whatsoever. When I sit on the side of the mattress to get out of bed, it becomes more like a toboggan slide and it’s extremely difficult to sit on the side to put on my compression socks. ... read more

this mattress has been a terrible disappointment. We are very normal sized people & in 6 months (maybe less) we have divets on both of our sides and a hump in the middle. We are not going to return it as we have no way to get it back to the warehouse & starting all over is not something we would want to do. Anyway......beware , this is not a weill made mattress.

Formed ruts in the first 3 months. 5 months in, back, neck pain, restless nights. Wife and I are average height average weight, spending average time in bed.

After just two nights this mattress sagged in the middle. Bought for a second home, I thought maybe it was just me. I've slept on plush mattresses before that provided good support and didn't outright sag to the point that bed partners roll together. No one was happy with this mattress, and it is being returned.

First time I slept in the bed I was in a pit. It was like it was a used bed. Switched sides with my wife, no pit at first. Took about a week to pit that side. We went with firm, I'd say it was more like mud, you sunk in. It feels like a good 2 to 3 inches climbing out of the bit to the bed's center high spot. She's not finding the pit that annoying but she's 105. I had anticipated this mattress would offer a certain level of structure, however, I found it to be excessively firm. Due to its hardness, my back pain unfortunately intensified. If you are seeking a mattress that provides medium support, this particular one may not be suitable for your needs.

They say it’s a firm mattress, do not believe them. This is soft like a medium mattress or even softer than the medium. I paid $1100 for this and got a medium mattress. I have several back issues and had opted for this mattress but unfortunately this turned out to be soft like medium.
