Visibly poor quality construction. Delivery team was wonderful. They took their own pictures and submitted to Costco saying Costco will call, but have yet to reciprocate a call month later.

Super saggy not even one month and it’s full Of stain spots

Owned a Costco mattress for 13 years and got good service from it. Based on one month of experience with this new mattress, the memory foam topper in the plush version makes it more difficult to switch positions during the night. It feels similar to the divots we got in our very old mattress. Perhaps the firm version would be better? Strongly considering returning.
We ordered the “plush” king Lincoln Heights mattress, and it is the firmest “plush” mattress I’ve ever slept on. It’s like sleeping on concrete, which is pretty crazy for a model that is supposed to be plush. The mattress also doesn’t seem very well made as the stitching on the cover is of poor quality and the side handles are flimsy. After about three weeks we returned it. The return process through Costco was very easy at least!

Not at all pleased. We will be returning. Mattress lumps up in the middle or wherever you're not sleeping.
It is very comfortable BUT Not sure I will keep it. I m 200 lbs so not real heavy. Over the first 60 days the mattress has formed an indent where I sleep. If it continues to progress I will regrettably return it.
Someone had mentioned in their review that this was about 8/10 of the Beautyrest Black. This is 1/10 of that. I ended up returning it and looking into the Beautyrest Black and got the series 2 pillow top for double the price of this one. Anything lower quality shouldn't even be sold. This is a good mattress but unfortunately it was delivered in a very bad shape. And this was not the first time that the delivery companies damage these good products during transport. Mine arrived in a very bad shape (see pictures). It was dragged which made it dirty and the plastic protective cover was completely ripped to pieces.
Had it delivered the company Costco used they ripped the bed and twisted the mattress going down the stairs. The bed is in bad shape and we haven’t slept on it yet.
