I am not sure about this mattress. It seems to be "pocketing" where you lie.
I have never before returned a mattress to Costco until now. I thought this mattress (I bought the plush version) was going to be firm with a soft top. It was definitely soft. Also, it was higher in the middle where the 2 halves of the boxspring came together. Returned and got the Stearns and foster tight top.
I am 140lbs and this plush mattress sinks me in way too far. I am constantly waking up with upper back pain, shoulder pain, and arms numb. This mattress has no edge support and if you sleep with a 2nd person, you will easily roll into each other at night. Seems to have little to no structural support. I am a side and back sleeper.

I bought this mattress because it was advertised as firm, but it is definitely not firm. It sinks when we lie down, and in less than a month of use, it has already developed a noticeable indentation where we sleep.
We have had this mattress for about three months. It has a very large lump in the middle and two indintations on either side where we sleep. Very disappointed in this mattress. Costco is picking it up Monday and delivering a different one. Five stars for Costco customer service.

I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be sagging on the first night used of a firm mattress but it had. Not feeling good after the first night with it.

This has been, without exaggeration, the worst mattress I’ve ever had. In less than two months it developed severe sagging. The issue isn’t just in the center — the edge has also developed a terrible dip. It literally does not hold its shape anywhere. Sleeping on this mattress is a horrible experience; you constantly feel like you’re sinking with no support or stability. I can’t sleep well, and I wake up uncomfortable and in pain. This mattress has no give at all. If you like sleeping on the floor it is for you.
Returning it. Found recesses from where I was laying. Sealy ssid it was a defective mattress. Getting a different brand.
