I have been coming to this Madison Reed location nearly every month for close to six years (about 70 visits). My hair is one color and I come in to get my roots covered and a blowout. In that six year time period, I have only had one issue where one very small space on my roots was not completely covered and one time that I felt like my blowout was not worth the money. MADISON REED HAIR @ KIRKLAND Parking is available right out front, and there are also plenty of spots throughout the surrounding complex. This location is in the Totem Lake area, which is kind of like a plaza with a bunch of different stores, restaurants, and other places to check out. 5 stars all the way. Warm individualized greeting from charming front desk staff. Got a next day appointment for emergency roots touch up. Scheduling issue with my hair stylist (my fault) and have an important event soon. My colorist Stephen suggested a few foils too for blending. This was a big risk at a place I'd never been. Stephen knocked it out of the ballpark! I look way better than I have any right to. Highly recommend as an alternative to the at home box kits. Worth every penny.

Positive experience as a 1st time client. There was a challenge around the initial hair color recommended. But manager, Melissa, was 100% on it. She followed up, took the time to resolve the issue and my hair color came out exactly the way I wanted. Great customer service. I'll go back!

Danielle just did my root touchup. She was absolutely fabulous!!! She went over and above regard to applying my root color. She was not only very patient but very very detailed, she double cleaned my dark color around my face, neck and ears. She topped it off with an amazing hair wash. Again extremely detailed! Very happy with Kirkland locations customer service from the time you walk in the door until the time that you check out. Beautiful Emily is definitely hiring with our best interest in thought.
