I have been coming here since October 2022. I come every two weeks to get my roots touched up, no other services. And I always do the self dry. They usually will seat me on time and do my hair on time as well. They do seem to get busy but they seem to manage it. I usually find that I'm in and out within 1.5 hours. I wouldn't say there is a lot of personal service here, you're kind of just part of the assembly line. But that's what you're paying for I think. Madison Reed hair color bar in is admittedly, the only place that I will use hair dye from. I genuinely believe that the product they use our a high end and good quality brand if you want to color hair, but also advocate for the most healthy way to do it. That being said, I would give the product six stars! Unfortunately, the actual location only is getting three stars for me. Today I visited for my first in-person all over color at the Color Bar. I was so impressed with how friendly and professional all of their staff were. They were all super helpful and down-to-earth. I had several goals for the appointment: remove brassiness from my own efforts to color it (and using colors that weren't ideal for my tone), even out my color between years of old highlights at ends and new color at my roots, and recommend a color for me to use at home. I love the Madison Reed Hair Color Bar! I did Roots and Gloss with a moisturizing conditioning treatment and a self blow dry. I absolutely love by hair color. I loved it so much I joined their subscription club for month roots. The color is rich and my hair is soft. Would definitely recommend.

I love the hair color bar! I did a temporary glaze that covered my greys beautifully and Shvonne gave me a fantastic blow dry! I will be returning! Getting same day appointment was even possible. What's not to love?!

I am so excited I decided to try this place last year. This color bar is nothing like the other places I have been to! The root touch up membership and all the perks that go with it is just an amazing and convenient way to keep your hair in tip top shape. And all the colorist there know what they are doing and are super friendly. If you haven't tried them yet, I urge you do!

After an initial snafu with their inventory, really appreciate MR salon getting me in the next day for a balayage so I can look good for my special event. Love my balayage. Great staff and really friendly. Definitely coming back, thanks!

It's been a year since I last got my hair done here so decided to get a different color shade. I was lucky to schedule an appointment a week in advance since they don't take walk-ins. I was greeted by an associated and she got me seated right away. I spoke with the hair colorist (forgot her name) and she gave me some suggestions about which color will show better on my dark hair.
