I colored my hair for the first time in over ten years. The staff was wonderful and took the time to understand my hair and desired color. I love the color and felt very catered to during my visit. I would definitely go back and recommend to all of my friends.

Warning the address for this place in google is wrong and they have no way to contact the salon for directions (number on website is central number). Maybe they need to work out the kinks with service and knowledge of product. Hoping for better service next time

Got a color service here today and it was fantastic!! Andrew did my service and was super friendly and kind. I'm super happy with how my hair turned out and the service was great. Better than a traditional salon coloring experience in my opinion(:

First 3 visits over past 6 months were phenomenal. Not sure what happened since March but incredibly disappointing experience today from not being informed my usual and specially requested stylist and then poor performance by stylist assigned. I showed her some color on my face left after rinsing and I had to clean it myself at home as she forgot to do it. Not happy with blowout but could not wait to get out of there! Won't be returning for $300 service I didn't feel valued!

I want to start by saying the employees here are very kind, which is why this experience was so disappointing. My issue isn't with the staff personally, but with the services this salon advertises versus what they can actually do. Online and on their website, this place presents itself as a hair color bar for anyone, offering highlights, balayage, foils, etc. In reality, they are not equipped to do these services. Worst experience ever at Madison Reed Kirkland. I was scheduled for a 10 AM appointment today (Sunday) -- but the store doesn't even open until 11. When I arrived, the place was completely shut and dark inside. No lights, no staff, no sign of activity. The posted hours outside clearly state Sunday operations begin at 11 AM. lady was nice but there was absolutely no change in my hair. I have naturally dirty blond hair and i came in wanting highlights and toned hair. Payed over 200 dollars and after it was done there was no change in the color :( im sure some people have gotten amazing hair but i wouldn't recommend sadly.

Great Color, But Policies & Cleanliness Need Serious Work I've been a loyal Madison Reed Kirkland customer for over 3 years. I keep coming back for the value, but I've put up with a lot over the years -- no AC, no hot water, messy floors covered in hair, empty Kleenex boxes, and even no toilet paper on some visits and unhappy people. The colorists all are professional and well Skilled. The 'appointment system' is terrible though. You cannot talk to a real person and the online appointments you make will not show up on their system, so do not even try. They do not have a receptionist (presumable to save money) but it means colorists have to lerave customers to deal with new clients. I am so upset by the appointment experience that I will not go there anymore. TOO STRESSFUL!!!! And nobody listens....
