The product is great but the service is terrible ! Need more staff tending to the cash register instead of making customer wait for long ! Picking up what I wanted : 5 minutes, checking out : 30+ minutes !

I cannot recommend going to Madison Reed enough. The salon is bright and spotless. All the staff and guests practice strict and safe COVID protocols. The service itself is excellent. The GM, Andrew was an absolute delight! He helped me select a natural color for my hair, made care recommendation and carefully applied my color. He was a gem to talk with too during my service. Yelp introduced me to this salon, and I have been going to them since. I love the affordability, the root subscription and how efficient they are. My hair is naturally brunette and they have been giving me a gorgeous red color. I always get compliments and we have people fooled, everyone thinks its my natural color :) You must pay extra for them to blow-dry your hair, or you can do it yourself. I have been here a couple times now, and have been so happy with the service. The service is friendly, and helpful. Both times my colorist answered all questions. I have gotten all over color, and a roots + gloss service. Blow dry is not included and you can add it while booking the appointment at an added cost. I like how my hair felt after coloring both times.

I have been a long time Madison reed customer and love their color products. The salon experience is disappointing. They are overworked/under staffed. It feels like an assembly line. They don't have time to clean. There was hair and spilled color all over the dry bar and the floor. For the salon price, I'd rather go to to real salon.

This was an interesting experience. I was promptly greeted, everyone masked, temp check and all seemed good. The vibe of the place is nice, staff seemed friendly and the manager was professional, fun and provided a great atmosphere. The professionalism seem to end after the manager left. My color is not what I have asked for, but I actually do like, but again, not what I asked for it's extremely subtle - when I arrived home my boyfriend said "I thought you were getting your hair done?" Very happy with the service. My hair felt great after the process. The color pros were very professional. The salon is well lighted and very clean. Everyone wearing mask, which I very much appreciate. I like the location, plenty of parking. Overall great experience, will definitely be back.

I have never coloured my hair so I went in with a lot of apprehension! I was instantly put to ease by my hair colourist - Andrew. He walked me through the whole process and even helped me select the perfect shade for balayage highlights! Expect temperature checks at arrivals. The team followed all social distancing rules and were wearing masks throughout which is what they suggest you do as well! I would most definitely choose them for hair colouring needs again.
