Amber is the best! I've been coming to Madison Reed for almost five years, and she has been amazing from start to finish every time. She is very thorough. She carefully sections my hair and makes sure every gray hair is completely covered. Throughout the process, she cleans away any excess color and pays close attention to every detail. I have been coming to this Madison Reed location nearly every month for close to six years (about 70 visits). My hair is one color and I come in to get my roots covered and a blowout. In that six year time period, I have only had one issue where one very small space on my roots was not completely covered and one time that I felt like my blowout was not worth the money. This location is in the Totem Lake area, which is kind of like a plaza with a bunch of different stores, restaurants, and other places to check out. 5 stars all the way. Warm individualized greeting from charming front desk staff. Got a next day appointment for emergency roots touch up. Scheduling issue with my hair stylist (my fault) and have an important event soon. My colorist Stephen suggested a few foils too for blending. This was a big risk at a place I'd never been. Stephen knocked it out of the ballpark! I look way better than I have any right to. Highly recommend as an alternative to the at home box kits. Worth every penny.
