Although this location does seem to have its challenges with keeping colorists, those that are there on any given day, do a very nice job and I find they are very pleasant. I always love my hair color and they are fast and super-efficient. I have absolutely been frustrated by wait times or short staffing, but I just go there prepared for a bit of a delay because the END RESULT IS WORTH IT. I have been going here at Totem Lake location for a yea, and love it. The staff never disappoints!! I have red (or used to), which can be challenging- the nail it every time

Great service for roots and highlights, Andrea and Shvonne are the best for this type of service. My color is beautiful and not orange like I experienced twice in the past with one lady.

I wanted to bring your attention to help improve the customer service I received from an associate at this location. It left my visit with not wanting to continue my business in the future. I came in to purchase my usual color that I have been using for a couple of years now. I am from Hawaii, so when I am in town visiting my daughter, I make sure I stop at this color bar to get my products.
