Super friendly staff. Everyone working overtime today to get the job done. That said, for the second time in a row, my appt started 10-20 mins late. Madison charges me if I show up super late or no show so I expect them to honor their appt times too. My hair was finished processing and nobody came to rinse it. I had to ask after another 10 min extra wait. Then there was no sink for me since all were taken. Another wait. Finished being rinsed. Guess what? Nowhere to dry. All dry areas being used. Serena at the Corte Madera location is awesome. I came in with my daughter who had put too much SunIn in her hair. As a 15-year-old, my kid was desperate to get help. Serena was so patient and thoughtful and explained all of our choices. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend that you go to her if you go to the salon. Love coming here since they opened. Getting my roots touched up with the quickness, and off I go about my merry way with lots of retail therapy at this shopping center - score. Plenty of parking and brunch places afterwards to meetup with hubby. There's something for everyone, and it feels safe. all of the colorists are wonderful. My problem, for the last two visits, have been the people who have been hired to Blow Dry Hair. I've been going to the salon for a couple of years and until recently have never had a complaint. However, I found that at least two new hires have no idea how to Blow Dry. During my last visit, I actually asked another. Colorist who had blown dry my hair in the past to redo what had already been done. I am hopeful that a closer look at who they hire to do their finishing work.

Perfect color every time!!! I scheduled my appointment and arrived a little early and they get me in right away. Always very polite and will provide water, coffee, or tea. Love the girls that work there!!!

Came in here for a tint and blow out and I loved the whole experience. I had a talented stylist help me pick out my shade and she took a picture for reference so it will be in my file. She shampooed me and then blow dried my hair straight with a little curl at the end as I requested. I love the concept of unlimited root touch ups for women, though with that package you have to pay more for a blow out otherwise you are leaving the salon with either wet hair or a DIY blow dry. Trish is amazing. I change my hair color as the seasons change. Each time she hears what look I want to achieve. And Bam! she nails it! i'm happy going there. I have unlimited root touch up annd go every two weeks for years. I meet the nicest women there. It seems a lot are loving their experience at Madison Reed as much as me. All the colorists are good at what they do and friendly. Love the modern vibe interior. It's kept clean. The products are amazing and a game changer for me.

They have an amazing staff and great products that protect your hair. They have a teaching atmosphere so you can learn to do it at home if you would like. Will return for sure !
