I signed up for Madison Reed's monthly program because I need to get my hair colored every 3 weeks. In the beginning the service was great. The salon staff was efficient and I was able to get out of there in about one hour fifteen minutes. For the past several times, my appointments have been lasting closer to one hour and 45 mins. Additionally, the sinks are in a weird position which isn't relaxing at all. The worst part is that they make you wait to give them a tip! My first visit to MR today and was promptly greeted and shown to my chair. Was asked if I wanted a coffee or water while I waited for my colorist. Debony was who put my color on and was very engaging. Very friendly and efficient. Nailed it with the color suggestion! I didnt get the name of the gal who washed my hair but she was just as wonderful. Great shampoo and conditioning treatment, got in my scalp w her nails which made me melt in my chair. Rolled the dice and spent 1/2 the cost of at a salon for balayage. Could not have been happier. Carla is very talented and fun to chat with. The women who work there have fun, are personable and overall it's a good vibe.
