Love this place! Came in for some grey coverage and left looking so refreshed. Would 100% recommend getting a blow out instead of doing it yourself. My hair looked AMAZING after Trish blow dried it and it really made the color look so much better! It's been weeks and my hair color still looks SO good. Can't wait to go back!

Lets be blunt. If you want to be bougie, be fawned over, drink champagne and gossip with your favorite stylist for 3 hours, Madison Reed is going to feel a little like the McDonalds of hair salons. Or the Supercuts of hair coloring. And I say GREAT! Straightforward, no frills, no upselling . It was just decent professional hair color , done quickly and efficiently at an affordable price. so, yeah, I say it was a perfect 5 star. Good service at a good price.

I've been coming in for a root touch up and gloss treatment. It's fine and once a colorist works on you, it works. But they need a better process to check in customers and acknowledge when you come in for your scheduled appointment. I have to stand there awkwardly and they ask you, why are you here? Like hello, I'm here for an appointment. After three times of being made to wait 20-30 minutes for my appointment, I finally told one of the employees they should have some kind of check in process. I have been using this color bar for a couple of years now....also coloring on my own in between visits. Ashley helped me the last time and did a lovely job coloring my roots and giving me a gloss. For the first time, I had my hair blown dry due to a recent surgery, and she did a perfect job. It looked great for a week. And the last few times.....I've been made a great cup of coffee! thank you

Natalie really took the care to make sure I was completely happy with my service. She took care with the help of Susie to ensure my color was perfect as well as did an amazing blow dry.
