I used Madison Reed for the first time because my hairstylist retired . I was not sure how it will work but I am so glad that I found them . All the employee there are so helpful and friendly , nice atmosphere . The hairstylist that I had took her time for consultation to pick the right color for me . I had the roots color and gloss and I also asked her to dry my hair which is an extra charge . But it was worse it because my hair looks gorgeous . I will go back to this place and now I am a member there .

I've been coming to the Madison Reed in Corte Madera for years so this review is long overdue. The salon manager Trish is an absolute star, and deserves a review of her own - she goes above and beyond for customers and all the staff love her too. All the stylists are friendly and good at what they do. The salon is well run and clean. I highly recommend this location

Suzette in Corte Madera is amazing. Anyone with a sensitive scalp should book with her. Going forward, I will book my appointments based upon her availability.

I love the team at Madison Reed. I go in once a month for a root touch up. The staff is so friendly and my hair looks and feels great.I love that their products are clean with no harsh chemicals.

I came here for full color. Service/staff were nice and professional and I like the color (for now, let's see how long it lasts). It lost stars in these areas: - color on my pillow the next morning - dye everywhere inside my ear (and a lot) - the setting felt like a production line - scalp itches and feel uncomfortable

It was the first time visiting this location. 2nd time using this business. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Felt a little slighted - only because I was the only client while I was there that was not offered water or tea ( I felt that was a nice extra touch that was offered to clients). However, the person who helped me, never asked me if I wanted anything. Other then that, it's was a good experience. I'll speak up and ask next time ( if I decided to visit this location again).

Trish keeps us coming back!! My daughter tried doing it herself with a box. To her utter dismay, she looked like a dirty Q-tip. We brought her in, and Trish tried to work her magic, as she had in the past. It wasn't until we really looked at her new color, that we realized it still wasn't quite right. Trish made us a new appointment, and was able to restore her "natural" blonde beauty once again. We couldn't be more pleased. Again, Trish is the GOAT!! And Madison Reed is lucky to have her. I had a great experience here. I was worried because the reviews weren't very good, so on a whim I tried the one in Walnut Creek and had a great experience last summer. Yesterday I went in for a root touch up and glaze followed by a blow out in Corte Madera and had another great service. I think for the price/quality it's better than any salon I've had the same services done. My only issues was that the WiFi wasn't working even though it showed full bars, and I didn't get a killer scalp massage like I did at the other locati... read more
