I have a roots membership. It is so easy and convenient. Their concept of getting a matched color for home is great and I did that for a bit. But I love the pampering i get by going and having them do it! They treat you like family.

First time customer, I will absolutely be returning! My hair is so hydrated and the color is glossy and glorious! I came in late, overheated due to the weather and dehydrated, because it was my first visit to the shopping center. I was reassured, given water and shown to a chair within ten minutes.
