FANTASTIC experience at my appointment today! Annette was incredibly knowledgeable with what I wanted to achieve with my natural blonde hair. Pricing is far better than any salon I have been to in many years too. My hair turned out beautiful and I have already booked my next appointment!!!! Thank you for a great experience

Went in for a root touch up and color gloss. Was very pleased with service. Colorist discussed options with me before starting. Very professional. Was very pleased with color results. The blow out wasn't that great Blow dryers didn't get hot enough to really get my thick coarse hair dry. I'd definitely go back for root retouch and gloss. Next time I'll use the complimentary self styling area - which is really nice too. It's a different concept and I like it.

Let me start out by saying, the whole experience takes some getting used to. It's not your typical salon. You sit in a big rectangle, with essentially nothing between you and the customer beside you or across from you. Not even a mirror. So mastering the art of not making awkward eye contact is a must right off the bat. The colorists are very warm and easy to talk to. I liked Becca right away. Attn. This is not a salon. Went to Madison Reed to try out their revival gloss! It did not disappoint! It made my hair soft, shiny and the color went well with my current one. This is a color bar so they don't specialize in dying hair. This place is a great if you are wanting quick dye with a little relaxation. Great price point as well! I give it four stars because they highlight the scalp wash but my girl didn't give me a head massage or spend much time on my hair while washing and the chair wasn't very comfortable. I've gotten my roots done here twice along with getting a gloss and a blowout. The experience was seamless, quick and enjoyable. Not only were the stylists very informative about their products, they were very efficient with time (big plus being a mom and not being able to be away for long). I highly recommend Madison Reed!

I was given the chance to come here courtesy of Yelp Elite and I'm so happy I did! I had a great experience with Tasha (I think that was her name ah!!!) and she was very nice from start to finish. I came in around Friday evening and it wasn't too busy. My appointment did start a bit later than the scheduled time but I knew since my hair was on the finer side that it wouldn't take too long.
