Absolutely awful, I have dark blonde hair, went in to get golden and I came out with orange. I walked over to the drying station to blow dry my hair and I could instantly see the orange tint and the consultant said if I blew it dry it would not be orange. Well.. I spent $40 extra dollars to buy color correction product and now I have a soft orange hair color. I'll also have to go see a hair specialist to get it corrected. I hate my hair, horrible job matching my color. I asked to match my strawberry blonde to very light Auburn hair and it is now deep burgundy. I mentioned a number of times my hair was way too dark and no one tried to offer to fix it and still had me pay. The girl that shampooed my hair did great the the lady who blew dry my hair also did great but the color is horrible and I am extremely disappointed.

I bought an at home color kit a little bit ago to have on hand that matched my natural roots. I finally decided to use it today only to find out that Madison Reed sold me an almost empty tube of already used hair color. I recently moved and don't live near a location to resolve this issue and when I called to speak to someone I never received a call back. Their color is very pricey for box color so to find out I was scammed by an employee is very upsetting. I will never shop here again.

Colorist did a terrible job with my balayage. This review is quite short but I'm so upset and just want to cry.

My wife has been using Madison Reed for years. Recently the added men's color to their product line. When the box arrived there was barely enough product to cover my 1/4 inch beard let alone my hair. The gloves were tiny women's sized gloves. I went to their website and chatted and was offered free shipping as compensation. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY....$25 FOR NOTHING

Needs more staff and training. Don't offer a blow dry and then not dry the hair. It's convenient so 2 stars for that. I signed up for the monthly plan but think I will cancel. Great concept just not well executed.

I was excited when I found out this place existed, but when I arrived at 10:15am they were still closed until I tried to enter. Their covid protocol is over-the-top ridiculous, they do not even take cash! The lady helping me was rude, didn't spend the time to find out what I was looking for, then she wouldn't allow me to make a purchase because "email addresses are required" to do so and I did not want to share mine. Her coworker walked up and checked me out quickly, politely, and WITHOUT an email address!

I had a confirmed appointment and waited almost an hour. They make you wear a mask and chastise you if you pull it down to take a breath. I don't appreciate being treated like a child. I am a grown adult and can be responsible for my own health. Also, for the record - I am not spreading germs simply breathing the air.

Completely disappointed. I had a long consultation before coloring and told her exactly what i wanted. What i got $85 later was no different than what i went in for. Despite their "guarantee", and my disappointment, I was charged the full price (including a "gloss" upgrade and a "sealant") I could do a better job with a $10 bottle of Miss Clairol.
