Customers BEWARE! I went in today to buy a hair color kit and was told they don't accept cash so I pulled out my credit card and handed it to employee. She proceeded to manually enter all my credit card information on the computer and I didn't think anything of it. 30 minutes later I got a call from my credit card advising me of fraudulent charges. I thought I'd try it because the hours are convenient. I don't recommend it I think the color is not as advertised it's quite the opposite I did a dark brown and my hair felt very damaged as if I had bleached it, after the color it felt really dry and damaged. I will for certain not do that to my hair again!

Made an appointment weeks ago for my daughter only to show up and them tell me they just changed their policy and don't service anyone under 18 anymore. I told them I made the appointment weeks ago and it wasn't the policy and no one contacted me. "Yeah, sorry" I asked if they have recommendations for salons that will service us (since surely we can't be the only people you screwed over) Just a sorry and good luck 3 days before school. Trash service and trash company.

This here is just a name, a fancy name promoting an illusion of a grand scale color salon. They are limited in what they can do, they just apply color, well anyone with years of coloring their own hair can apply color. They do not color correct, they do not bleach, they do not do highlights, they do not step out of the box nor do anything creative. Damaged my hair. Moving on. I have light brown hair and went here for highlights. They dried out my hair. The lady next to me was upset too bc they did something wrong to her hair so she was there for much longer than she was supposed to be there as they tried to correct it.

Absolutely awful, I have dark blonde hair, went in to get golden and I came out with orange. I walked over to the drying station to blow dry my hair and I could instantly see the orange tint and the consultant said if I blew it dry it would not be orange. Well.. I spent $40 extra dollars to buy color correction product and now I have a soft orange hair color. I'll also have to go see a hair specialist to get it corrected. I hate my hair, horrible job matching my color. I asked to match my strawberry blonde to very light Auburn hair and it is now deep burgundy. I mentioned a number of times my hair was way too dark and no one tried to offer to fix it and still had me pay. The girl that shampooed my hair did great the the lady who blew dry my hair also did great but the color is horrible and I am extremely disappointed.
