This place is designed for a quick in and out color/dry, no frills (no highlights, styling, cuts). Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. I feel it's a bit overpriced for what you get - could achieve similar results at home. Ingredients are natural, smell nice and seem gentle on hair. Less exciting than my usual salon visit, but overall they deliver what they advertise.
I had a great experience! My color has never looked better and is so soft! The blowout left my hair with gorgeous bouncy curls! Beautiful shop with super nice and talented staff.

First visit, I asked for a lighter tone, not darker. Stylist ignored me and used level 6, which made my hair much darker. Second visit, after I had lightened my hair elsewhere, I asked for level 7 or 8. Again, she ignored me, and my hair came out dark again. I left in tears. I contacted Madison Reed twice, no response. I canceled my membership, very disappointed. Wasted money and ended up with the same dark color I didn't want. Don't waste your money don't go there

The salon is lacking when it comes to the overall experience. The woman washing my hair was bargaining with another employee to decide who was going to finish my hair or take each other's shifts which was a little off-putting. I came in for full highlights & left with unblended streaks & breakage that I have NEVER experienced at any other salon, & I've been getting my hair bleached for multiple years. This place is a joke, there is no customer service what so ever. I booked an all over color and highlight package Before my appointment I tired contact the salon several time via the app asking abut the process. No one responded. The day is the appointment, after I arrived they told me they could do it and that they could only do all over that day and i had to come back. I was in color bar last Sunday and it seems like they rob me coz the tip was 29.30 $ which is too much coz my bill is 95$ and total was 137$ .. I don't think I can afford to go back there in the future...sorry but this is too much for my hair...

They knew nothing about red hair - she kept asking ME what colors to use. Awful . Not even close to looking pretty or red and definitely not professional. Fortunately it was a " special so I didn't waste too much $$. It just seemed like she was stressed and not very knowledgeable!
