This place is a joke, there is no customer service what so ever. I booked an all over color and highlight package Before my appointment I tired contact the salon several time via the app asking abut the process. No one responded. The day is the appointment, after I arrived they told me they could do it and that they could only do all over that day and i had to come back. I was in color bar last Sunday and it seems like they rob me coz the tip was 29.30 $ which is too much coz my bill is 95$ and total was 137$ .. I don't think I can afford to go back there in the future...sorry but this is too much for my hair...

They knew nothing about red hair - she kept asking ME what colors to use. Awful . Not even close to looking pretty or red and definitely not professional. Fortunately it was a " special so I didn't waste too much $$. It just seemed like she was stressed and not very knowledgeable!

Incident with Ms. Kim was on 7/8/23.... UPDATE: Yesterday 07/19/23 I called customer service to set up an appointment and found out that my membership had been CANCELLED, I was told that my membership had been cancelled by me, which it is NOT TRUE. I informed the representative that I have NOT cancelled my membership, then she placed me on HOLD came back stating that the last person I spoke with which is Ms. Samantha "regional manager" had cancelled my membership. The color is usually good but yesterday was the second time they got hair dye all over the back of my shirt. That's TWO ruined shirts!!!! I don't know why they don't wrap my shirt collar and neck in a towel before they put on the cape and get started. I'm so frustrated. I'd only worn that shirt ONE time before it was ruined. I'm reconsidering whether I want to continue using their color bar.

unfortunately i will not be able to review the work of this salon. why? because we were turned down despite we had booked an appointment for color and style. I went in because I had always wanted to try Madison Reed product but was nervous or pick a color online and so it myself. Was excited to try the color the colorist picked - it was a lighter shade of brown than I usually go. I have gray roots (that are infiltrating the rest) and the rest of my hair has always been naturally brown but has been getting blonder with age. This was my first visit and I will not return. There was no consultation as advertised. They offer highlights and yet I ended up with one dimensional color that I absolutely did not want! I advised the stylist several times of what I wanted and she apparently totally disregarded.
