Always a fantastic experience. This place is truly a gem. Everyone is fantastic, very polite and welcoming and make you feel so special. And they do a great job. Free parking across the street is an added bonus. I cannot imagine my life without this studio.

From start to finish it was a lovely experience. Greeted when I walked in even though the place was busy. Was seated and met my colorist, Mikayla. She took a picture of my hair and then listened to my concerns and desires for my hair. Honestly, I was a nervous wreck because I have hated the two times I've had my hair colored at other salons so I really had low expectations. I started getting my color at MR in thr Mosaic District a year or so back. After an adjustment or two, it was perfect. This month, they did the (very subtle) highlights for the first time. I was worried it would be too flashy. I need not have worried. He did an amazing job and i know they keep great records, so I can return to get this done whenever I want, going forward. Thank you!

OMG!!! I have received services from here several times. Today, Recari dyed my hair. He did a great job. In addition, his customer service was impressive. He took the time to explained the membership program to me. No one has done that before. This man should get a raise. Thank you.

Brendon saved a challenging & very poorly done balayage - he's an excellent stylist & expert in his craft. He took time to study what I wanted + what needed to be fixed. I was so thankful for his kindness, patience, and professionalism. You could tell he took pride in his finished product. I have jet black curly hair & he put in a deep brown tone that was effortlessly blended. Highly recommend Brendon!

Very nice, overall quick, efficient and love the monthly membership. This is exactly what I need - availability at the last minute and easy to cancel or change appointment when conflicts come up without feeling bad.
Update: they offered me a correction/refund within a few days which was really appreciated :)
