Inflation is really hitting them hard i guess. I always get the seafood casserole as its really the best thing on the menu. I was there Saturday night and it was my first visit in about 6 months due to of course, high prices and the fact affordability is in the tank. My order was still $30 but my plate half the size and had half the food. I wont be going back to Maggie's anytime soon. 2 stars for the fact that they still charged me 30 bucks for half the food and didn't think i would notice.

okay, so I've run out patience with Maggie's...between March 1 & July 20 it seems they're out of everything I order...Wanted the apple pie a la mode...oops no vanilla ice cream....next time I ordered apple pie ala mode again..oops!...no apple pie....next time I ordered shrimp wrap with soy wrap..,oops! again...no soy wrap....then I ordered a turkey burger...oops!..out of turkey burgers....... going out to lunch should be enjoyable, not annoying....if it's on the menu u should have it...not going back !

Unimpressed compared to the Middlebury location. Food was subpar, old favorites were overcooked and lacking flavor. Service was slow and confused. Still a fan of Maggie's, just not this location.

Everybody knows Maggie's as the place that has the big plane hanging up in the dining room that is supposed to be quirky and fun. It has been quite a few years since I lived in Southbury, but usually Maggie's is the go to place I take my parents out to dinner when I come to visit, but no longer. Seriously, what happened to this place? The food quality and service has gone so insanely downhill that it is barely recognizable. I literally felt sick after the food that I (barely) ate. I've been here a few times since my last review .... And frankly, each time I come here it gets worse and worse ... the food the service it's all gone down hill pretty quickly. I arrived with myself and two kids under two the hostess left me standing waiting for a high chair I ended up having to get them myself. Then when the waitress came she brought me three tall glasses of water which I politely declined (my kids would have spilled, guess she couldn't read the room ) - I ordered the kids chicks nuggets and a chicken sandw... read more

Need to work on your take out. I was pleasantly surprised with an apology from the manager. At least they took ownership for it.

I'm telling you now this place on Friday's is terrible don't go to this place on a Friday or weekend Bc the service is dog water. I waited 35 minutes for just a drink and didn't get my food for an hour and 15 minutes. Just ridiculous the service they have for the weekends not recommend this place for a fun time with family

There were two recent occasions Feb 23 & March 31. Feb 23,2022 the service was horrendous. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks, not only was the wait long the drinks were all made incorrectly. After two attempts to have drinks corrected we finally changed the order to wine. At this point the manager was involved who was very rude to us and poured the wine in a manner that it splashed onto the table. No apology just rude behavior. March 31, 2022 service was better, until the check came. My bill was $24 , I gave the waitress ... read more

Oh Maggie's.... What on earth happened today. I was really craving a giant salad and decided to order from you. I ordered the Boston salad which cost a whopping $22.48. I added in my protein of grilled chicken asked asked it be subbed for crispy chicken. I then also paid for chicken fingers and asked they be chopped into the salad as well.
