I ordered there curbside pickup as advertised with big signs outside the restaurant. The only catch is they refused to bring the food out to me. They do not follow any social distancing inside and nobody is wearing any masks. I guess that's their right but I'm not interested... UPDATE: Owner doesn't care just makes excuses. I'm not an employee of any delivery company! I do however hear some of your employees have been complaining about being discriminated against and being harassed by management. Hi Jim, We would like to start off by saying that we take COVID-19 extremely seriously. All employees are required to wear a mask at all times in all of our locations. If you are talking about the customers though, once they are seated, inside and out, they are legally allowed to remove masks in order to eat. As far as not bringing food out to the car curbside, we never deny our customers that convenience. Usually enjoy a quick midday luncheon at Maggie's. Found today's service to be well below par. Requested onespecific sandwich. Waited forever (thirty minutes) only to receive the wrong sandwich. Then waited another twenty to get my original request. The manager came out to apologize and took ten percent or $4.50 off of tab to compensate! Will not be going back there too soon!!!

Been there a few times with my family, they used to be much better. Ordered takeout/delivery twice. Both times were orders of over $100z first time, they sent a cold beef with NO side, literally just the beef. Second time, we ordered 2 hamburguers they only sent 1, food was extremely cold and fries mushy. I called them for a refund and they told me I have to call the third party delivery service to get a refund for the order. Unsatisfactory, poor customer service. I will never support any Maggie McFly's. Pretty bad timing to practice poor customer service, many restaurants are impacted greatly due to the pandemic. Revenue will be decreased drastically this year!

We have always enjoyed Maggie McFlys, but this location did not compare to others we have been to before. Seated right away and order taken quickly. Service was good. The food however was not. I got a French dip with truffle fries. The au jus that came with it tasted bad. The fries had too much Parmesan cheese. My son ordered the steak medillions from the kids menu and asked for medium rare. It was very well done. We sent it back and it came back medium rare, but burnt on the outside. Such slow takeout service on a Weds night! Still waiting and it's been over one hour. I hope they get the order right after all this. UPDATE - they did give me a $15 gift card and apologized.

This is, without a doubt, the worse service we have had at a restaurant in the last 25 years. And 25 years is SAYING something. 45 minutes to the first appetizer. 55 minutes to the main courses. Except.....they brought my son's burger 20 minutes before the appetizers. Then our main courses 30 minutes later. Except they forgot mine until I asked fir it. The manager was very nice and tried to help. But the server rarely stopped by. The Middlebury one is great. This was horrendous!
