Worst food I've ever had at this location in the past 12 years. Ahi Tuna Salad was disgusting - Seasoned with cumin and nutmeg. Fresh Roasted Turkey was dry, old and cold.

My evening started with me calling Maggie McFlys for a pick up order, in which I called 3x and nobody answered the phone. So my girlfriend and I decided to dine in. The young man at the front, sat me immediately, but our server never came to the table but she clearly acknowledged our presence in her section that was very close to the kitchen behind the hosts stand (blonde hair, average height, Caucasian). If only you could leave less than 0 stars. Terrible customer service. I ordered soup through door dash and the nice young kid who was delivering called to let me know the tops weren't on right and the soups spilled everywhere. It's obviously not his fault but I call Maggie's to let them know we just spent $40 on soup that we can't eat. They actually tell me it's not their fault and the manager packaged it himself. So now I'm out soup, $40 and will never go back to that trash hole again

awful. just awful. new bartender, doesnt know what shes doing & could work on social skills. went to watch Yankee game, planned on staying for duration of game but decided after eatching her pay attention to the guys that Id rather be home with take out.

Tried somewhere new for my sons birthday dinner. The food was excellent. There was no follow up by the wait staff, no bussing of the table, and really bad service even after expressing my issues directly to the waiter. We needed salt for the entree and never were able to get it. Never got water refilled even after asking several times- the waiter told us he would be right back. Not sure if they had him also waiting tables on the patio, but there was a full staff and this would make absolutely no sense.

I went there for lunch with my wife. We spent most of the time waiting for our waitress. Our table was dirty and we had to ask to have it wiped off. Empty water glasses were never filled up. My wife ordered a beer then waited for our waitress for about 20 minutes after the beer was finished before she came around to ask if we needed anything. I placed an order for pick up via phone the old fashioned way. Arrived 25 minutes later to pick and no order was ready. 5 employees stood around looking at each other like duh. No record of the order. They asked if I had the right location. I showed them the phone call I made on my phone and they confirmed the location was correct. I don't recommend you spend your time or money at this place because it obviously a waste.

What's so sad about this restaurant is there are literally 10 people all saying the same thing. Look at the other reviews. Yet, management is saying "sorry, we'll look into it." So Casey or whomever is writing these "sorry we'll look into it" is anyone actually doing anything? Probably don't care--as long as the bar is open spreading COVID--you're making money. - Have you actually moved pickup to a safe place? Went on a date with my boyfriend before a work meeting and ordered lettuce wraps for lunch. There were 2 black fruit flies right on top of the lettuce, (they were dead), the waiter was nice about the situation he felt really bad and got the manager and then the manager proceeded to tell me it was organic and a root vegetable.
