I come to Maggie mcflys bc of the huge menu and everyone will find something that they like. I usually visit the Brookfield location and love it. The dining room at this location is loud and you can hear all the dishes and utensils being tossed around in the kitchen, and the awkward huge round booths are uncomfortable. Regular booths or tables would have been better. I came for my moms birthday party and wanted to treat her to anything she wanted and we were hungry for apps. Went there tonight. Not busy at all. Sat us way in the back of the restaurant and we sat there for a good 15 minutes without any acknowledgement by the waitress. Not even water at the table. We walked and and told the hostess who said ok. Without a care In the world! COVID has really screwed up the service industry. Yet another restaurant to scratch off our list!

Gave an extra star over 1 because Maggie's is usually good but an exceptionally (almost comically) bad experience made this a 2 star. Sitting for about 15 minutes before a 16yr old (she told us) asked for our drinks and couldnt remember so got a piece of loose leaf paper, put it on our table and wrote down our drink order. Not her fault, but managements for putting her front of house. If you don't have enough help, you're better off closing , rather than apologizing to each table for the poor service. Also, 10 minutes after ordering being told the item you ordered was not available. Person taking drink order could not remember the order. She had to get someone else who had pen and paper to write it down. Played a fun game outside side on the deck... server would come out with food and a dazed look. Rather than asking each table if the food was their's, customers would yell out what they ordered. Oh yeah.... read more

Slow service, food is repetitively the same, drinks are inconsistent and bartender was rude on more than one occasion

Well as I stood at the bar to pick up my take out for 25 min. Totaling 45 min for order to come out. COLD I made a few observations. Zero masks on ppl working there. Bartender picked up dirty glasses from one end of bar , placed them down on a Mat to later be washed. BY HAND and proceeds over to make a new drink for a new patron. Never washed hands. Placed hands on rims of dirty and of clean glass. It says clearly in their web site workers wear masks. Well not true at all.

Stopped in for lunch On a drive down I-84. Decided to sit at the bar. My first impression was in the restroom where there was no lock on the stall door. Our server/bartender was very sweet but we ordered 2 beers and nachos and it took about 30 minutes for the nachos to come out. They were chips and cheese melted on top. We came here to get some food on the run. I have two little kids and they wanted pizza. We sat down and they took our drink order and ask if we wanted food. We were still Deciding. She came back and we ordered. We were then told items they were not doing. They should have said what they were not doing before they took any order. It took awhile for us to receive our order and wasn't asked if we wanted more drinks while the waitress passed us by a few times. I've been to this Maggie's location a bunch of times in the past but I was extremely unhappy with my experience this time. I placed a pickup order and showed up on time. I was told "your order will be out in 5-10 minutes" several times for the next 40 minutes. I told them I couldn't wait around and the order was already late, but no attempt on their side to speed it along. I had to leave without even getting my food even though they already charged me for it.
