I'm hoping this post may get someone's attention (higher up) as we have been a customer for years (lawn, pest and termite service) with Massey and I spend more time with them on the phone than they spend here at my home servicing it for what they are being paid to do. Massey, please look up my account and you will see all of the problems. Your Ai sends out your reply stating someone will get in touch. They do not !! Perhaps your VP of service should have a list of persons with problems for follow up and rewards when done. This is my second problem event and 7 days latter no reply!!!! Very disappointed!! Prior manager Mr. Galt was very customer oriented and CARED about YOUR customers. I hope Mr. Buhler gets this memo..

After watching the termite inspector doing his “thorough” annual inspection of our home in under 16 minutes (according to the camera, between the time he rang doorbell to walking out the front door), I contacted Massey to educate myself on what was conducted during the annual inspection. Let’s see, where do I begin? 1) Lack of communication. 2) Sales person writing checks they can’t cash as far as telling us what Massey services will do versus what was actually done.
