I have a love hate relationship with Massey, I been a Massey customer in the Orlando (Lake Nona) area for over 5 years, my experience with communication this pass year has took a turn for the worse. The communication is no return calls or emails or it takes about a week to hear from a manager. I reached out to corporate two times and they have advised me someone will reach out still waiting. Our former pest control was taken over by Massey late last year. We have not had one appointment and have been calling since February to ask for service. We were told someone would come out in March when was the next time we were on the schedule, never happened. We called again and said April. Last week my husband attempted to call twice because I was getting nowhere fast. He was hung up on and given the run around that they had to call the local office. 1.5 rating? It should be zero! Not only do they make their employees work for free by sending their techs to “requests” made by customers, but their entire pay scale for their techs is bogus. Techs only get a commission off of what they call the production value but meanwhile they are charging the customer more per month based on what the customers plan is. Disappointing Unprofessional service
West palm beach office is terrible, Very disorganized, the technicians were okay but the office staff had them running around and not communicating the customers needs. I was promised one of my pest treatments would be credited, but they continued to bill me for it.I Couldn’t deal with the monthly issues, canceled my contract, stay away from Massey west palm beach.
Massey has not taken care of my lawn problem. They lie to the customer and you can't get a straight answer. I have pics of my lawn I would love to send to the president of Massey. Let him determine if his company takes care of the customer.
I contaced Massey Lawn Services on 8/26/2021 to see what they recommended for new grass install after installing and remodeling our backyard and pool area and clearing my backyard completely of any grass. The Inspector, Tracey Scott came out and recommended the type of grass that I should install in my yard. I installed the grass recommended by Tracey and I signed up for Massey Lawn Services. This company is crooked. I cancelled their services. They went ahead and charged me for an extra month. I called them again and said I cancelled last month why are you billing me? Now they are threatening me with sending the payment that shouldn’t exist to collections. What a dirt bag business move…
Used Massey since 2014 in Orlando. Moved to Sanford and they have no showed with no call 4 times. Yes you heard it 4 separate occasions. After apologizing and blaming different issues, they did not show up for scheduled appointments 4 times in a row. If you can't even show up, how can I trust my lawn with you!
