They really are a money hungry company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They leave you hanging. I was told the sod was expensive because it was guarenteed for life. But that's only if you pay them for monthly service that you really don't need. Not at all happy with the company. I wish I had used another company. I had nothing but trouble from the very beginning but it was to late as I already paid. I truly wish I had done my research instead of just going with a well known big company. Started service with Massey in November 2020 for landscaping. Now in March I am re-sodding my yard. We followed every water instruction and did our best to do our part. I called the 888 number several times and was told I was getting a call back and never did. I finally was able to talk to someone when i said I wanted to cancel. I’ve had a monthly lawn care package for a year now and my grass is the worst on my street. Growing season is here now and it’s going in the wrong direction. Very disappointed and will be cancelling service.

considering one of their employees backed into my car and they refuse to pay 100% of the damage they done . when both service manager and general manager told me not to go through insurance they will cover it 100% I get a call this morning from their risk management person ( who was Not Nice ) at all saying they will only pay 50% this is not acceptable!
Bad service. Do not use this company for your lawn service. I had them for one years and my grass was not any better terrible. They ripped me off and charged me for services that didn't work. No results. Do not let them near your yard. They are a large company that is overpriced and only care about the sales numbers. I will never use them for anything. Do not use the Pensacola office. We had obtained a termite bond when we purchased our home. We renewed the bond in April of 2020. I called to get the paperwork together as we are selling our home. They have no recollection of servicing our property. We paid them $200 and they can’t find that payment either. Do y’all not keep an appointment book? Do y’all not have a bookkeeper - Where did my $200 go?
