Hi my name is lucy I contracted Massey last august 2020 for service my lawn for one year and i was expecting great results and as of today almost a year later my lawn looks sheet!!!!! Always burn i spent too much on water and nothing call them more than a dozen times in the last 10 months and customer service and the area manager really bad getting back to me! After i sign the contract a lot of people told me really bad reviews from them but to late!NO RESULTS AT ALL AND NOE THEY JUST RETURNING 95.00 dollars instead of 200.0... read more

****BEWARE**** THIEVES******First they solicited us. We let them come in, and even signed up with them. They set stuff around our house to see what issues our new construction house might have. They said they would return in 30 days to check on the stuff they laid out. Have not heard from them. They basically took our money for a whole year, or should I say stole. Representative was rude! I was home waiting for service treatment. Claimed he knocked on door. Left card in front of door. Had issues with the same person before. Did not come to location with correct supplies to treat for problem as stated prior to arrival. Very dissatisfied with the service and ( finally ) the supplies used. Very rude when I asked about certain treatment and very evasive about products!

We’ve had Massey services for about 5 months now and haven’t been thrilled. Had to call them back atleast 4x now because whatever solution they use is not working for the tiny ants that keep getting in our bathroom. Then when you do call them, they give you a time window. So you sit home waiting for the person to show, only for them not to. You call to verify anyone’s coming and it’s always “Oh he’s running behind. He should be there within the hour!” Why bother giving a time frame if no one shows within that time??? This ha... read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! It’s June 10th as I write this. I’m a brand new customer. My experience has been pretty bad so far. First, the sales guy told me that Massey sprays inside the walls to kill bugs as part of the quarterly service. That’s not true. Next, I had my first service setup for a Saturday morning but the guy showed up Friday instead. I was home so it was fine but that was not cool. Whoever the door-to-door salesman that has been in our neighborhood today (06/09/2021) is very rude and highly UNprofessional. There is a "NO SOLICITATION" sign at the entrance, yet he has been very aggressive and harassing to myself and my neighbors! He's followed people (including myself) into their yards and when asked to stop/leave he states that he has "a 4th Amendment right" to do what he is doing. I would not give business to a company with the unprofessional sales practices. The salesperson has been harassing the people of our neighborhood all day. Multiple residents have shared accounts of refusal to accept no or please leave as an acceptable answer. Personally I was trying to leave and he came up my driveway. I immediately told him I wasn't interested and I know he has been pushy with others in the area.
