The one ask that we have presented over and over is get a call ahead if there is a service representative coming over. We live on a busy street and have a front doggy door. When we are notified, we lock the doggy door to not only prevent an accidental release of our pet out into the street, but to also allow any chemicals to dry. A surprise visit occurred again today. We will be cancelling our services.

Their sales rep in Hockley, Texas are super aggressive. Pounding on your door 3 times in a day. Looking through your window and waving to you (while on a business call). notice you don't get up (because you're working from home). Then open your glass door to pound even harder!!!!!! Train your people not to be assholes and take the hint buzz off!

Recently Massey purchased the company that has serviced us for years in Texas. Since the purchase we have had HORRIBLE customer service! My son has anaphylaxis reaction to fire ants and I could always count on my old pest company when I called them to come out quickly, they also answered their own phones. With Massey you get an answering service, eventually get a call back and promised service the next day - but shockingly no one shows up. At the beginning it was all good. The first young man took his time and did a fantastic job. My last lawn maintenance day he started with the lawn spreader and was done in 4 minutes. His vehicle was here longer. I called the office with my concern and what I had witnessed and I was told they go by vehicle GPS and he was at my place for 14 minutes. I’ve canceled the rest of my service since the job being done is not what I was told. Never heard anything back from my concerns.

Resolve Pest Control was great before Massey bought them. Once they took over, the techs never called or text or emailed to let me know they were coming. They would be at my home 5 minutes and then leave. When I called to cancel service, the lady said I was still going to be charged the quarterly $85 because I was already due for that quarter or some bs. Then a tech never even showed up to do a final service. So yeah, do not sign up for any service from Massey. Unprofessional and no integrity.

One of their drivers almost missed his turn so he decided to cut us off and nearly hit the front of our vehicle. His idea of professionalism was stopping at the red light and taking a photo of our license plate and yelling that we would hear from someone. All we did was honk at him for nearly hitting us. Their corporate number doesn't help either. Called to let them know what happened and all she could manage to understand from my complaint was that I wanted a quote. We didn't choose Massey Services but we rent our home and our property manager did. We have critters of some sort in our attic and honestly no one that's come to our home (2 ma will be the 5th time) is really doing anything. We told out property management company (Invitation Homes) we thought it was squirrels then we had our on inspector come out and he said rats. Massey comes with their inspector that looked dressed for work or church he goes in the attic where he didn't stay long says he saw a tail didn't say what kind ... read more

One of your employees is currently driving down Croton Road. when we met at the light. as I was turning into 711 I look over and the driver was texting...🤦
