I asked for my GM Rewards to be used in my maintenance bill. I can't find any indication that McKinney GMC Buick used the rewards to compute my final bill. The same thing happened in my previous visit. I requested that they be used but wasn't upset because they would be available this time.
Did not take as long as I expected and I am completely satisfied!

We were unsure about making the switch from a gas vehicle to an EV, but William our salesperson did a great job of presenting both options. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we weighed our decision, and we eventually selected a Sierra EV. We are very happy with our decision and the dealership. Great place to buy a car!
