Called the dealership, made an appointment for an oil change and they had availability that day. Went in as scheduled. I was happy that it took less time than I expected. The work was completed satisfactorily!
The part took couple months to get but the dealership provided a loaner for the time they had mine. Truck lift gate switch now working fine.

Everything went well until I got to the finance guy. This was a cash deal and he kept trying to up sale a warranty. I told him NO atleast fifteen times. I had to threaten to leave before he stopped. It was very ridiculous. I will not return because of that kid alone. Everyone else was great. My sales man did a great job.
