Service has finally hired the correct staff in drive thru and my last 2 experiences were spot on.

Actual work seemed fine other than the oil/grease smudges left down driver's side quarter panel and on steering wheel. Have an ongoing intermittent no audio issue in this 2026 Sierra(if you believe the internet this is "common" with multiple TSBs with the Bose system) that happened while at the dealership and service advisor couldnt be bothered to observe condition to verify it was happening. So overall, I guess we'll see.

I appreciated the attention to detail especially during inspection of repairs completed. During that time it was identified that the replaced seal didn't hold and they needed to order additional parts. I'm glad they made sure repairs were inspected and took care of anything necessary to ensure quality repair work.
