Had my truck in for service. They performed the work as requested, but then tried the hard sell of additional services. Customer service was a bit underwhelming. I was in the waiting room for 2 and half hours, and the service rep didn't come by to tell me that truck was ready. I got a text message from the dealership informing me that there several additional "must fix" items that need to addressed. I then walked the 30 feet to the desk he was at to ask about the status.
