Amanda was excellent throughout the process and provided timely updates. However, when I first picked up the truck, the issue was not fully resolved. The radio was replaced, but the FM functionality was still not working at all. I would have expected the service center to test the basic functions after the repair to ensure everything was working properly before returning the vehicle.
