The technician was capable and thorough. I was pleased with my heater and AC tuneups

We had no heat or hot water. The technitian came in and very confidently said he would get us both back, which put me at ease. He was professional and very skilled. He explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Great experience. May I also add the woman who answered the phone when I called was great also, gave me suggestions and ended the call with thanking me for being a long time customer. I’m sorry I’m not great with remembering names but the 2 people I dealt with both are a real benefit to Meenan.

Rob serviced the heating system and determined that the problem was a faulty transformer. He replaced it and all has been functioning well since then.

Technician demonstrated complete knowledge of his job and had the problem solved quickly.

I needed someone to come out and check water heater for a leak. It was about 4:00 when I called . They said they could come between 8:45-11:00? PM. I said ok because I needed to know. The tech. came about 7:00. He was very helpful and efficient. Meenan always exceeds my expectations
