Wouldn't turn ON. Customer Service Wouldn't help. Even before the cartridge that came with the machine got empty, the machine stopped tuning ON. When called the Customer Service, they said they wouldn't able to help as I just gone over the warranty period.

Very disappointing I replaced the starter cartridge with this new one, but it didn't reset the "Replace Toner" message. I was left with a printer that wouldn't work at all, and Staples does not keep these in stock. Beyond frustrating. The factory would not help because it was 120 days instead of the 90 day warranty. Highly disappointed in both product quality and factory support.
Doesn’t last This broke after a year and a half. Mechanical failure. The closest dealer to service it is 100 miles away. There is no place to mail it in. It was cheaper to buy a different Printer – I bought an HP.
