Michael and team did a great job. First off they did a pre-underwriting for me within a week so that I could do a no financial contingency offer which helped me win my house. Second, they closed a day early on a 21 day escrow which surprised me. Third, they had a rate and were able to give me a low down payment loan like no other broker could. Good communication and very quick and thorough work.

Working with Michael was a great experience. I am a first time home buyer and he made sure to walk me through everything so I fully understood every step of the loan process. I can honestly say I would never recommend anyone other than Michael and his team at American Pacific. If you are shopping around for a mortgage you really need to consider Michael. He was always prompt in response, phone calls, emails and face to face. No question was to silly for him at all, this is our first home and from the get go I felt comfortable and confident with our choice in APMC. Michael is a great mortgage agent. He was easy to talk to helped us close on our house just in the nick of time. He even called during a vacation with his family to help us sort out an issue with the complex bridge loan. He also recommended a wonderful realtor who was easy to communicate with and with us every step of the way. I would definitely work with him again.
