He is usually always available to take my call and he stays in contact, which is important during times that are stressful and uncertain. Micheal and his team was very professional. I was blind sided at the end with the closing cost and would have appreciated a heads up. However, throughout it all, Micheal and his team were responsive to any concerns and called weekly with updates just to make sure i was aware of how things were progressing. I would recommend them and use them again.
Michael Belfor is an absolutely amazing mortgage broker!! Throughout the mortgage process he contacted me every day to make sure I had no questions and just to touch base. We had a difficult situation with our purchase. Didn't pass appraisal. Michael was able to work with us and the underwriters to get the transaction to more forward.
