Mike and his team are extremely responsive and check in regularly to make sure his clients are happy. My husband and I have worked with him to refinance our home and currently, a second mortgage, and our continued business should speak volumes about the excellent customer service they provide. He calls and send emails daily with updates and to “just check in “. He has an uncanny sense of the market and always knows just the correct moment to lock the interest rate.
